EXTERIOR AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN
 

Duncan Botterill has been providing professional exterior and landscape design services to clients in Canberra and its surrounding areas since 2009. Over the past three years, he has been providing virtual consultations and designs nationally, including the NSW South Coast, Coffs Harbour region, Newcastle, Central Coast and Queensland.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

$250 + gst (on-site) / $200 + gst (virtual)

• 1.5 hour consultation to discuss your landscaping requirements and design ideas

• delivery of a design brief (post-meeting), including documenting proposed materials, plant selection and design features (decking, paving, pool, garden beds etc

The consultation does not include developing a 2D/3D design. Travel cost may be incurred for on-site meetings outside of Canberra.

CONCEPT DESIGN

From $1,400 + gst

A Concept Design would suit clients who are looking for creative ideas to utilise the space and progress their landscaping to the design and quoting stage.

• 1.5 hour consultation to discuss your landscaping requirements and design ideas

• detailed 2D design and planting schedule

• 1 hour consultation (post design delivery) to discuss the design make minor amendments. 

Measurements would be estimated based on the information available. Additional costs will be incurred if surveying is required.

​DETAILED / 3D DESIGN

From $2,100 + gst

A Detailed Design would suit clients looking for a comprehensive design, including height specifications and 3D images. 

• 1.5 hour consultation to discuss your landscaping requirements and design ideas (if a consultations ha

• delivery of a design brief 

• site measurements undertaken

• detailed 3D design, including walkthroughs, planting schedule and height specifications 

• 1 hour consultations (if required) to discuss the design provided and make minor amendments.

BA DRAFTING

From $1,400 + gst

​

Drafting services can be provided for Building Approval Applications for building works, including renovations, decks and pergolas, minor building works and landscaping where certification is required. 

• 1 hour consultation to discuss the BA requirements. 

• Delivery of a BA set for Certifier. 

BA Drafting does not include engineering specifications. Additional cost will be incurred for engineering and surveying.
