$250 + gst (on-site) / $200 + gst (virtual)

The consultation does not include developing a 2D/3D design. Travel cost may be incurred for on-site meetings outside of Canberra.
CONCEPT DESIGN
From $1,400 + gst
A Concept Design would suit clients who are looking for creative ideas to utilise the space and progress their landscaping to the design and quoting stage.

detailed 2D design and planting schedule

1 hour consultation (post design delivery) to discuss the design make minor amendments.
Measurements would be estimated based on the information available. Additional costs will be incurred if surveying is required.
DETAILED DESIGN
From $2,100 + gst
A Detailed Design would suit clients looking for a comprehensive design, including height specifications and 3D images.

BA DRAFTING
From $1,400 + gst
Drafting services can be provided for Building Approval Applications for building works, including renovations, decks and pergolas, minor building works and landscaping where certification is required.

Delivery of a BA set for Certifier.
BA Drafting does not include engineering specifications. Additional cost will be incurred for engineering and surveying.
